Sieben Residence

This residence in Niwot, CO was one of Tomlinson Designs first new construction homes. It’s situated on a beautiful lot with views of the entire Front Range including Longs Peak and Indian Peaks. Efficient for its size, this residence features spray foam insulation in 2×6 framed walls, recycled rubber shingles, salvaged real stone, and a vertical loop geothermal system. Exterior patios, decks, and rooms were very important because of the views and were integrated seamlessly with the appropriate interior rooms.
